How do I add to the database?
If you have a car that isn't listed, go to the category that it belongs in and at the bottom of the page click on the link "Please add it to our database..." Fill in as many of the fields as you can and add a picture if you have one. Once you submit it, it goes into the database and waits for approval.
If you want to add any kind of data to a car, go to the category for the car and then click on the cars Production Number or image to get to the cars Detail Page. There you will find the link "Am I missing some info? Please add it to our database..." Fill in as many of the fields as you can. Once you submit it, it goes into the database and waits for approval.
If you want to add an image, go to the category for the car and then click on the cars Production Number or image to get to the cars Detail Page. There you will find a link to "Add an image" or "Add a better image" if there already is an image. When you add an image, it asks you when the car was made. Please look for a year stamp on the car in question. It helps us discover different runs/paint schemes for the same car.
Can I just email stuff to you?
Sure, my email address is at the bottom of every page.
Below the Search Bar you'll see two input fields asking for a username and password. Registering is totally optional and has nothing to do with the use of the basic site. You can still see all the listings and data with pictures registered or not. But if you do choose to register you get a couple of extra features.
Why does it say I can't use these photos?
When people add their images to the database, they don't give up their rights for them. Most people won't care if you use their photos, but you can't just use them without asking.
